There are two exes, lee.exe - the one you usually use to start the game mplaynow.exe - never used that one, seems to be for multiplayer I still have the originals laying around. And I can even get it to run under win10. The only issue though is that the game runs way to fast when scrolling around the map. Making it somewhat unplayable.
In my opinion Sid Meier's Gettysburg is still far superior over games like Ultimate General Gettysburg or Civil war.
